Changemakers are crucial to any organisation.

It's the people who drive innovation and make  initiatives happen across companies and society. At times we as changemakers can struggle with  approval from stakeholders, funding for initiatives, or understanding (blessing) from management. This session is about mapping out challenges and obstacles, measuring and weighing them against each other, and creating collective wisdom on ways forward.

These sessions usually uncover hidden truths and unspoken rules. By identifying these challenges we are able to gain a better understanding and can operate more effectively för sign offs, approvals, or operational.An amoeba session is a collective intelligence, formed around a theme. We generate and identify problems, consequence steps, identify insights, and show already effective solutions/generate new ones.
